This workshop is free and open to expecting and new mothers to learn: Prenatal and postpartum exercise prescription, pelvic floor exercise education, pelvic floor safe core exercises, education and instruction regarding various positions and techniques for labor and delivery, treatments and tools to help reduce pelvic pain or pain with intercourse, scar management.
You should wear comfortable clothing, preferably stretchy workout attire, and bring a yoga mat or towel as some of the exercises will be demonstrated on the floor. You should also bring a bottle of water.
